Conditions of sale of products of Simalarm S.L. on ONLINE website:

Fixing the resale price allows us to provide all our distributors with a guaranteed minimum margin, it is that, in exchange, the distributors promote the sale of our products, precisely because each unit sold provides them with a superior margin, in principle, when of other similar products but for which there is no resale price.

The client may not be considered, in any case, as a representative of Simarlam, S.L. and may not act or commit on their behalf.

The customer of the installer or distributor type will be responsible for the technical and commercial assistance of the products that he sells both to end users, as well as to other distributors or resellers, in no case may the end user call Simalarm, S.L. or request after-sales support directly or send RMA or DOA merchandise without the corresponding documentation set out in the general conditions of sale.

The client must train their employees or sellers to carry out an adequate demonstration and explain the technical advantages of the products to provide buyers with all the necessary assistance, from choosing the product to after-sales assistance.

In the event that the conditions of sale are not met, Simalarm, S.L. reserves the right to modify the purchasing conditions of the distributors, being able to modify the discounts applied initially in the distributor's file, reducing them accordingly.

Technical Incident Procedure:

In case of failure, you must send an email to simalarm@simalarm.eu indicating in the title of the message: "TECHNICAL INCIDENCE - [SIM identifier]"

ANY email that does not meet this requirement WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Technical assistance:

The guarantee Simalarm, S.L. covers defects in the specific data rate service for security. This warranty does not include malfunction of hardware systems or damage caused by overloads, storms, or misuse or abuse of equipment. No other guarantee, expressed or implied, commercial or of convenience for any particular purpose of any kind, may extend beyond the terms expressed in the previous paragraph of this writing. In no case Simalarm, S.L. will be responsible for consequences or accidental breakdowns for breach of this or any other warranty or in the event that they are due to failure or negligence. Simalarm, S.L. shall have no liability for any personal injury, property damage or any other loss based on claims that this product has failed in the purpose for which it was manufactured.

General clauses:

The prices indicated are prices without taxes that are always the responsibility of the buyer. The prices indicated are "Retail Prices".

In the event that the client is not up to date with payment, he will lose all his guarantee rights and the supply of material will be suspended, which will be restored when the client pays the amount owed as well as the return costs in which his could have been incur and the appropriate interest for delay. The ownership of the products will not pass to the client until the payment of the corresponding invoices has been made.

In case of a tariff change of a contracted plan, you are not reimbursed for the already contracted plan, you must pay for the new plan.
